I will persevere

How can I manage to survive when the ones I love are against me?
How can I continue to pursue my craft if they hinder me?
Believing I am doing evil deeds just because i’ve chosen this path.
Oh Lord and Lady grant me patience, to be at peace with the ones I love.
Though they have wronged my craft and my beliefs, forgive them for they do not know.
Eversince I was a child I can feel it deep within, seated in the innermost part of my being, this path is where my heart belongs.
I thank the Universe for letting my father see the light I am now seeing. I’m glad he too saw it long before I ventured out and devoted my time for my craft. He somewhat nurtured my inquisitive soul seeing him in their room meditating when I was younger and answering my questions.
I pray to thee that my mother and grandmother soon understand my hearts desire.
I am struggling, but with thy grace, I know I can keep my head above water. I will persevere.
Author's Notes: I'm glad my father and i share the same beliefs.
