Chris Bingham re-write - An it harm none...

All credit to Chris Bingham and all the talents that make up Gaia Consort, the band (as opposed to Daimler Consort, the car) . I've gotten a little tired of late of the march of the bi-barian newbie hordes.. so I penned this... enjoy.
Oh and honey, are you on the pill?
You were walking to Stonehenge, with a bottle in your hand
For no more reason than its something cool to do
somehow I think this evening wont turn out how you planned
But that’s what happens when you haven’t got a clue
Ah, but life’s too short for all that study – you need to know all of it now
Lifes too short for the truth to matter, use what you think that you know
And it harm none, do what ye will
As ineptness has bound us, bound we are still
Though the Vodka be empty, may the Rum remain filled
Oh and honey, are you on the pill?
You throw up in all directions, and mis-cast a circle here
And you set a fire down on holy ground
In the shadows so reflected, you try and find your beer
As you wonder at the fire-sirens sound…
Ah, but life’s too short for all that study – you need to know all of it now
Lifes too short for the truth to matter, use what you think that you know
And it harm none, do what ye will
As ineptness has bound us, bound we are still
Though the Vodka be empty, may the Rum remain filled
Oh and honey, are you on the pill?
And you know that we’ll accept you if you happen to be Gay
And we’ll show you how to raise arms to the sky
We’ll show you ways to worship; you’ll only notice ways to ‘play’
And I can guarantee you’ll tell me that you’re bi
