The Bleeding Rose

my heart is yours for i have given,
but you have not, why?
is it that i am different to you?
do you want to make me cry?
the blood of the heart is found in here,
in the centre of the rose.
and for all this pain it bleeds.
but the pain i cannot close.
and nothing will heal it,
for that is the bleeding rose!
Author's Notes: well this is again another peom about love, you can interoperate it in two ways. either as the rose being your heart, and the blood being love lost due to a break up or something. or you could say that the rose is the world and that the blood is love that is lost to the world for greed and hatred of fellow man!
Edit/Update: 2012 - I think I need to start writing happy poems, these old teenage depressive ones are going to give people the wrong idea about me! :o
