Friends?

5 pointed star am i and a cross is he!
he cannot accept me, for i am not a cross!
he may pretend to accept me
but i know deep down he does not,
why i cannot explain,
we were great until i told him,
then i told everyone, they all accepted it,
he did not!
to this day it goes on,
and our friendship splits still,
like the river splitting the land!
Author's Notes: well i had this friend, well still a friend i suppose, i told him about my path, he was all funny about it at the start. then he eventually accepted it, well he says he has but he has never acted the same way before!
Edit/Update: It is 2012 and I'm looking back on my poems. This one is truely terrible... move along everyone. I also have no idea who that friend was/is either... haha how time heals wounds :P
