Like confetti to the wind they soar,
Love notes gone forever more.
To someone from a no one.
Feelings that were never shared,
No one knew that someone cared.
To someone from a no one.
The face looked upon him everyday,
It never expected him to say.
To someone from a no one.
Thoughts came and went she passed him by,
Confetti love notes in the sky.
To someone from a no one.
One day she went, the notes were left,
Family, friends, all bereft.
To someone from a no one.
All mourned and wept and grieved and despaired,
Except for the one for which she truly cared.
To someone from a no one.
Mind to ink, ink to page,
In this world the wallflower took the stage.
To everyone from a someone.
Emotions stirred, secrets freed,
Those of unrequited love take heed.
To everyone from a someone.
Like confetti to the wind they soar,

Feelings that will always be shared,
Someone knew that someone cared.
