I am dark as she is fair
As if in a mirror, we both stare
Same cold and dark, reflecting eyes
Two stubborn chins, and long held sighs
Lashes frame these eyes so bright
yet half are dark and half are light
The fairer is not naive in the least
she can hold her own against a beast
And the darker is not always cold
she's known a love, good, pure and old
So alike yet different still
The truth is though...
They both can kill
