Lord Death

The dark halls of death
Call to me and speak
My name
Echoing in the vast chambers
Take me from this hell
Free me from the visions
Her face twisted in hate
Lord death I beg of you
Come and set me free
I long for the touch
The cold steel of your scythe
Pressed against my throat
Your burning embrace awaits me
I scramble up
As you arrive
For your dark shape I see
But alas, it is only
The reflection of me
