I'm Finally Free.

I laid awake one evening all lost and so bemused,
I didn't know what it was that made me so confused.
I felt that there was something, i'd felt it all my life,
but I couldn't put my finger on what cut me like a knife.
So early in a my chidhood I knew that I had charm,
i'd dance at noon, stare at the moon and it made me feel all warm.
On rainy nights and school days when I should of been in bed,
id sneak down to the garden and dance around our shed.
My family do not know me they think that I am trouble,
but I would rather live my life than live in side their bubble.
As I grew into womanhood I saw things in my dreams,
at first it made me hazy for i knew what they would mean.
I also had sad feelings when a person was in pain,
my heart and mind felt it inside it really was a drain.
I than began to realise that i have a kind of gift,
and that i wasn't weird no more at last it was a lift.
I knew that i was special i felt it in my bones, so i used my gifts quite frequently but did it all alone.
I began to see some numbers everywhere i went, 111 was what i saw and didnt know what it meant.
For years i saw this symbol it drove me some what mad, so i decided to investergate to make sure it wasnt bad.
I found a woman in a magic shop and asked what could it be , she said thats very special and she said she had the key.
She told me that the signs i have are from maid, mother and crone, go home, read Mists of Avalon and there you will feel at home.
This book has set a roller coaster pagan life for me , it had allways been there in me but was hard for me to see.
I' m even more receptive to dreams and people's feelings, it's even so much easier to decipher all the meanings.
My friends and family now know that I am pagan and im loud , and im not really bothered if it doesn’t make them proud.
All that really matters is what I now feel inside, and thats a real good feeling that I now no longer hide.
