The willow caught in mid dance
It's limbs sway in the breeze
It's leaves like gentle fingers
Caress the tops of the trees
The moon which shines so brightly
Casts light onto all below
The trees and the flowers beneath it
And the gentle river which flows
All of nature is silent
All creatures now are still
Captivated by the beauty
Frozen by Her will
The land of darkness still
And silent in the night
All the Earth stands amazed
Moved by the absense of light.
