Guardian of the Amethyst- A Pantoum

She sits upon the purple box.
Deep eyes penetrating the darkness.
Guarding a stone of indigo hue
She watches, this silent spirit.
Deep eyes penetrating the darkness
Three of them all glistening awake
She watches, this silent spirit
Waiting for intruders to come
Three of them all glistening awake
Arriving with gold on their minds
Waiting for the intruders to come
She pounces to keep them away
Arriving with gold on their minds
They see this fiercesome spirit
She pounces to keep them away
They flee to see a spirit of the wise.

Guarding the spiritual amethyst

Watching the stone of the third eye

She devours them all one by one

Their greed had now left them undone
