That sweet, soft soul touch
Singing in the deep in the night
Luring, calling, whispering song
That lasts until dawn's light
You are within my grasp, bittersweet
Your subtle fragrance lingering
Your fluidity self contained still
You are the bird to my wing
Ruby hues and velvet notes
Steal through my senses and strive
To keep your hold on me through the long hours
To let me know I am alive
