Changer

by Autumn Song
 Age Group: Adult

Changer
She stands by the river Alight with the crimson of her hair Shadowed by the sword Girdled with her undying charges And washing the blood of the slain
It was then he beheld her Her feet upon either bank In the midst of her song It was then he beheld her
She turns azure eyes to him Bitten by the frost of her soul Warmed by the heat of the heart Proud by her actions and deeds And beautiful by the light of the moon
It was then she beheld him Standing upon the moors The great father unto all It was then she beheld him
They joined by the river banks In a union neither thought possible To begin a new year for their children In the dark soul of the night And at the dying of the year
It is now that we behold them Morrigan, Dagda Through the thinning of the veil It is now that we behold them
