An Alphabet of Pagans- H is for High n' Mighty

Age Group: Adult
Sound the trumpets
For the High n' Mighty Pagan
A-coming in their regal robes
Made from the finest materials
That could ever be found on Earth.
They will show the wonders
Of self ordination to all of those
Who are worthy of their regality.
It is so sad that so many are not
Worthy in any way shape or form
In the eyes of the High n' Mighty.
The Goddess and the God
Have spoken only to them
So Their message only comes
Through the mouth and wisdom
Of such regal and proud creatures.
Oh, they are not like those pastors
Who preach from the pulpit
Claiming that only they
Can interpret the will of God
To the congregation.
They are all just sheeple.
They have the best quality tools
Their Athame is made
Of the finest silver
And with real gold at the
Base of it's hilt.
Not that painted stuff
That you get in cheap places.
Their wands are of diamond
Not clear quartz at all
Despite that after some use
A few cracks and scratches
Start to appear on the surface.
Their way is the strongest path
To the Goddess and the God
Ignore that traditional coven
And the book laden solitary
They do all that studying
In a misguided manner
When all they should really do
Is come to the High n' Mighty Pagan
Who will tell them what it is
That the Goddess and God want.
That coven and that solitary
Are not doing it right at all.
So sound the trumpet
For the High n' Mighty Pagan
For they shall blow their own trumpet
Like many of us do
After eating too many beans.
Author's Notes: Okay, sarcasm aside. Does anyone else find it irritating that there are some who feel the need to pump their ego up by being pretentious and putting down others? Well here is the eighth installment of this alphabet.
