The harvest time
Demeter at her peak
Persephone will soon go down
The Sun will now grow weak
In light we wait for Wintertide
Since Midsummer's height
The Summer's crops we put aside
To keep us through the year's night
Lord and Lady blessed be
Thank you for watching over me
I thank you for the Summer bright
and for the coming Winter night
