Wasting my time

I've been looking for something real,
try to express the way that I feel.
When I try all my words slip away
leaving nothing behind.
Look at me baby, what do you see,
if not a man crying out to be freed
from all this music without any words
going on in my mind.
Every day, yeah, all the time,
can't help feeling like I'm losing my mind.

wasting my time.
Well I can't work it out and I can't work it off.
This is the way that I am.
I can't move it along,
but I'm doing the best that I can.
Give me a while to get hold of my life.
Do my piece before my demise,
instead of living my life,
never leaving you nothing behind.
