Dancing Brighid

Beautiful Spring awakening bright
Shakes of the white coat of winters chill,
Scatterings of snowdrops neath trees alite
And lovesong drapes the air as robins thrill,
With a promised scent of roses summer comes in sight
New life bursts forth with energy filled,
As the Maiden dances sprinkling life in her flight
Kicking up her heels and flouncing her frills.
