Y Dychweliad

Morwyn am I,
Beloved of Ynys Y Kedyrn.
(Island of The Mighty)
The sun in his rising,
My fair harbinger
From the morning hillside,
My return beheld.
Lo am I come again,
Ransomed by He Who ageth not -
The Lord of the White Steed,
That the warmth of My heart
May to Nature in her travail
Comfort bring.
For I am the radiant
Flame of Gold
That doth quicken all
By Winter's fetters bound.
Behold the chains
Of Winter’s night
Shall melt and fall,
For naught can the fire
Of My forge withstand.
Aye, and when young life is weaned
By the rains of Spring,
Again shall ye remember Me
Who hover'd in loving care
At each hour of birth.
I Who am the White Swan
Of The North,
Even Morwyn
Of the White Hills,
Am ever at hand
To succour and to heal.
The Waters of Life
Become as wine
At my touch -
The wine of strength
To all who seek Mine aid.
Yea even I am
The Lady of each hearth,
And the gold of My tresses
Doth become the glory
Within the hearts
Of each wedded pair.
Lo the winds of morn
And the breeze of even
Shall be to ye as music.
Ye shall hear the surf-song
And be joyful,
The songs of your
Wingčd brethren
And be glad.
The laughter and tears
Of all my children
Shall be your laughter
And your tears;
And each word that truly
Cometh from the heart
Shall touch the depths
Of your souls.
With each strain of Life
Shall ye remember Me,
And in the remembering
Shall ye be blessed
With my gen’rous Essence.
For behold, Mine is the rhythm
Of the seasons
And the beauteous rhyme of Nature
That moveth the heart of man
To infinite love.
