Musings for the Goddess

Age Group: Adult
She is the Wild Lady, Living Free,
With the Body of a Woman,
But the Heart of a Child.
She Rides the Sky High,
With Dark Spirits and Night,
Free, like the Flowing, Blowing Breeze.
Oh how I wish to be with Her,
A Mother to the Earth,
A Spirit among the Animal Children.
As I Yearn for Her Truly,
I now Know She is Always with Me,
Within the Essence of My very Soul.
A Goddess among Men, She always has been,
The Rose within the Many Thorns,
Always and Forever Blooming, never Dying.
Sing to Me Great Lady, always, never leave Me lonesome,
For I have Seen Your Face, and You have Touched My Soul,
And now, I could Never look away, Never let You go.
Author's Notes: Well, I really have no idea where this one came from. I was kinda thinking of the 'Charge of the Goddess' by Doreen Valiente, and just as I was about to cuddle up to bed listening to my G4 CD, I got the urge to write something, and this was the result. Why? Only the Goddess knows, lol.
