Wishes in the night

Listen to the rain fall, it dances on my window
Listen to the wind howl, its anger makes my blood cold
Listen to my heart beat, its saying you’re what I need
The candles flame flickers and dies
Little angel dry your eyes, he’ll be home soon
Riddled with nightmares from the horrors he’s seen
Lie still and let the pain flow through
Find the strength inside of you
Hold on little angel hold on
