Catch the wind
by Sparkling Willow
Age Group: Adult
What is the world?
What do you see when you look out at it?
People look different but we're all made of flesh and bone
We all smile, we all cry and we all love
But hate and greed has caused men to create wars that seperate us
See the sun appear from behind the clouds
Feel its warm golden light on your skin
Bathe in the moons cool silver glow
Listen to the songs of the birds, the chirp of the crickets
And tell me, what do you feel?
Stand on a high bridge, feel the wind
Give into it and see where you fly to
Look out at the world that's in everyones eyes
And tell me what do you see?
Close your eyes and when you sleep where do your dreams take you?
Life is like a spiders web and we are all connected through thought, feeling and by simply existing
So take a deep breath and just accept what is
There's nothing or no one that can hold you back or chain you down if you dont let them
All connected from a higher being that is us
Feel the energy that is life-
most of all enjoy the ride :)
