Invocation to the God

Age Group: Adult
Blessed among all the stars is he,
shines with the radiance of the Sun
Antlered one come to us!
Your body gives us life, sustains us,
out of your death comes the strength to live
Lord of the Grain come to us!
Ever living, ever dying, ever loving one
sower of the seed within the womb of the Goddess
Laughing Lord come to us!
Your love for all of creation spins the seasons
Your shining face gives us warmth and light
Fiery Crowned one come to us!
Great and noble hunter, ruler of the predator and the prey,
of the claim of the kill that feeds us all
Lord of the Wild Hunt come to us!
Master of the nameless eternities,
listener to the dreams of the Cosmos,
Enlightened Lord of the Mountain,
come to us!
Lord of the underworld, seated upon the obsidian throne,
Dark one that leads us all to the land of Youth,
Guardian of Death come to us!
May you and your Lady watch over us during these rites

Author's Notes: This invocation (along with Invocation to the Goddess) are pretty old invocations that I have composed. I am planning to revise them, clean them up a bit. But still, they are good if a bit wordy.
