Grandma

A poem I wrote right when I found out she passed...
Grandma
You lived your life 100 years,
Through all you hopes, dreams and fears.
But today you were taken to heaven above,
Leaving us behind with your memories and love.
We all miss you very much,
The smiles, hugs, each and every touch.
I know you can still hear us say,
We love you grandma everyday.
I hope that heaven is what you dreamed of,
And that everyone greeted you with hugs and love.
With the poem we send our love,
To your new home up above.
Grandma, you mean the world to us, we love you.
