My Lotus Sapphire

A blossoming love
Flowering soft
And bright as the sun
Brilliant and blue as the sea
No one can know what this means to me
Voices soft against the tide
Of feelings clashing against
The shore of our hearts
Laughter now as we forget
The deadly forces trapped within
The fear of heartbreak
Banished with a smile
Won't you come and stay with me a while
We'll touch and kiss beneath the moon
Shining down from the sky
While the stars chuckle
At our youthful antics
Our desperate coupling
This fleeting moment
Running headlong
Towards the next
You've cast a spell
You've got me hexed
Let's laugh and play and never say
That this feeling will ever go away
The tide's come in for us my friend
Let's swim in this bounty we've found.
