To see is to believe and to believe isto know,
but how can you not have faith in a man so old.
He had seen and he sang of the deeds they'd done,
That man is buried loved by many believed by none.
He told us the stories about the stories before,
Of the old ones in the city tricked by the horse.
He wrote of the gods who just myth are now,
He wrote through lonsome nights with sweat on his brow.
Believe i tell you, and believe you must,
As the ones ofold with love and trust.
