"The 'Parable' of the Green Monkeys"

Age Group: Adult
The Green Monkey Hunters of Barbados, will secure a Log that they have hollowed and bored a small hole in.
They place some "goodies" in it for the Monkeys, and walk away out of their "space."
The Monkeys come to investigate and discover the "goodies." And, One of them will try to extract the "goodies." When (s) he does, the Hunter will walk back into their "space."
All the other Monkeys will Flee, and the One with the "goodies" in hand will Struggle to Get the "goodies" out of the Log, right up until it loses it grasp, because the Hunter had Clubbed that Monkey to Death.
And, this was all because the Monkey could Not Let Go of what It Thought it Needed to Survive - in Order TO Survive.
