The Pain

The pain raises leaving numbness in its wake
demon to some angel to others mistake to himself
one keeps him bound to this world keeps him alive
trapped by walls of hate between them
walls that promise hope for the price of life
the balance a sway end far from sight hope fading slowly no end in sight
life gone the door unlocked
the hope brings love and love life
so to shed a life for life renewed
a life of love and peace
new life its self shall come from this love renewed
