I see clear, a friend

Bitter words to sweet
Fearing hounds at your feet.
Who hurts to dance
view time but at a glance .
I see clear what you say
But do not stray
Bring peace to heart
On a soulless day.
I cut not to the end
Thou art my friend
Be not to steal
But to the heart I mend
Let color show true
No bonds hold back
See for what’s real
No revisions from the past.
I will be true to the last.
We were never made of glass
To see what you show
Is to see that you glow.
I see with eyes closed
The mind to feel and
The heart to think
Let light be not darkness
What are we but real.
