We Dance to Dance

We Dance to Dance
Guided be the spirit, romanced by the heart,
We move together, or gracefully apart.
We glide, directed to the call,
Shifting to the four corners,
We intertwine them all.
Circle cast, we weave through the fragrant smoke.
Through the mists of dreams and visions,
Shall the fairies and elves head poke.
We dance as the fire changes,
We dance as the will wills.
Singing praise to the past’s offerings of faith and knowledge,
Chanting thanks to the blessings of life’s teachings.
We offer our hearts to our love’s enchantment,
We offer our enchantment to the dance.
Making love to the wind; swimming in ecstasy with our beloved.
Lost in passion, drifting on the tipsy-toes of rose-petals,
We dance. We pray. We love. We play. We bless each day.
Blessed be the witch’s heart, Blessed be the pagans faith.
Blessed be the Goddess, Blessed be her dance.
