VAMPYRE DIONYSUS

VAMPYRE DIONYSUS
In the darkness they shuddered, the people feared,
They knew of the terror, whenever he appeard.
Don’t go outside, don’t scream or act weird,
He’s the Vampyre, Dionysus.
It’s been a hundred and thirty seven years,
Yet just the beginning of many more tears,
And still he’s quite young to much older peers.
Just a Vampyre, Dionysus.
Soaring high, behind the moon, appearing as a bat,
He’ll soon be flying near the ground, to swallow up a rat,
Then better dining may arrive, he’ll eat a bit, but not get fat.
He’s the Vampyre Dionysus.
Dionysus grows hungry, he wants blood, he wants wine.
He’s spotted a victim who seems perfectly divine.
Rather meaty, plump and plenty, this one’s ready to dine.
Smiles the Vampyre Dionysus.
Hungrily Dionysus feeds, feverishly into the night,
But now he waits, and hesitates, for something isn’t right.
Dionysus gags, he stumbles, he falls, and can’t put up a fight.
Then down goes Vampyre Dionysus.
Yes, the Vampyre Dionysus was pounded badly that day.
This victim was an IRS dude, knowing how to steal money away.
So just be brave, and pay your tax, or you, too, may end up that way.
Says the Vampyre Dionysus.
Now be a sport, you can’t retort, for taxes are here to stay.
With DEATH and TAXES, no one relaxes, we’ll all end up that way.
So suck the blood, and draw the wine, eventually, you’ll turn away.
Vampyres come, others go, but the last one standing, GET OUT OF THE WAY !
He IS the VAMPYRE DIONYSUS.
