Where for art thou,
Match.com Man?
Hiding in that profile,
For a while,
You wink at me,
and then you flee,
Where for art thou
Match.com man?
You tell your story, briefly,
sometimes indepth,
and then you become inept,
Where for art thou
Match.com man?
You say you are a down to earth man,
but then it all goes back to your tan,
Where for art thou,
Match.com man?
Is that really your picture there?
Oops it was taken I don't know where.
You try to cover it up with muse,
but to tell you the truth it is no use.
Where for art thou,
Match.com man?
Are you "real"?
What is your "deal"?
So many questions, never to be answered,
because of those three buttons: Ctrl/alt/delete

Author's Notes: In the world of internet dating, I have had many experiences with the Match.com man. Hecan be a player, a user, sometimes a predator. He also can be that man of your dreams! Please ladies be very selective and careful out there. I made light of it in this poem, I wanted to bring a bit of humor here, but life on the internet can be both dangerous and wonderful. I go back to a saying that I always say "Knowledge is Power!" Have fun but be careful. Peace and light!
