I shake from the realization of my thoughts
They echo in my mind as if I were in a chamber of bells
Why didn't those bells go off I ask myself?
I should have known who you were
What you were up to,
Those bells didn't ring until it was too late
Too late to save my soul from my worst enemy
The lover turned out to be a vampire of my purity.
The bells didn't warn me,
I was fooled into thinking that you loved me.
I gave you my power and purity , and you took it like a vampire seeking blood from his victim!
Sucking my goodness and purity from me,
How can I have been so deaf?
Why didn't I hear the bells?
You were good, only showing your pure side,
Ha, what a joke, you don't know how to be pure.
You convinced me that you were,
Calculating every minute of every day spent in my arms,
You are but a creature of the night,
A Vampire of pure light.
You are gone, vanished from my sight,
Onward to find another pure light,
God help your next victim!
Author's Notes: Yes, I have been harmed by my last lover, He sucked my pureness but not all of it. I am rebuilding and am recovering. I am a survivor and I will be stronger than I was before. I will never let another human being suck my purity and light from me ever again! This I am sure of. Do not allow anyone to take your power away. Keep your soul and souls integrity safe, never give it away no matter what." You are the keeper of your own soul, treasure it, for it is your true responsibilty to yourself!" (an AmberMoonstone quote) Peace and light and love to all!!!
