Journey to Wholeness

You walked into my life with ease,
Only to please,
There are many reasons why,
We should not be together.
To say it simply, "You are not ready"
I have been down that same road
That you travel;
I know exactly how you are feeling,
Is that the attraction for you?
You see how whole I am right now,
It is something to behold!
I have not gotten here overnight,
It has been quite a long arduous journey, indeed.
One that I don't want to travel again.
I feel really good things for you,
You need to know this fact.
As you make your way towards that,
healing of your heart, to wholeness!
Know that I will always be here:
to lend you encouragement,
to listen to you,
to advise you,
to cry with you,
to hold you,
but most of all,
to give you good positive energy,
so that you will be whole again!
When your journey is completed,
Then we shall see what we can be.
I will be here for you, my friend
There will be no doubt about that.
So let this wonder of a woman know,
When you are really ready to go!
Author's Notes: There is a man, who is a most wonderful man. He has been on a very short journey to wholeness. I know he will complete this journey, I have no doubt. I am willing to be there for him as a friend and confidant. He will be an amazing man once again, but working on his issues will be the means to the end.
Keep on working on your stuff, and be the man you know you are destined to be.
