I shall send my positive and ever flowing
Energy and prayers to all the victims
Of New Orleans
Every night I think about them,
It breaks my heart to know
That our government didn’t and isn’t
Doing enough to help.
I am but one person of compassion.
I feel totally helpless for once in my life
I shall try to find a way to help and reach out
I didn’t want to write about the hurricane
But this is just too much on my mind.
I couldn’t watch the coverage on the TV
At first, but when I did, my heart just sank
I can’t believe that New Orleans is gone.
It is as if there was a war that had taken place
Here is a love tribute to all the victims of
New Orleans hurricane Katrina disaster:
I know you are alone,
Our help is on the way,
Please hold onto your belief in the mercy of God
He is there, along with his angels
And millions of people who truly care,
I am one person, but doing the most I can do
My heart goes out to you all,
My mind will not stall,
I shall find a way to help,
No matter how little,
Or big, it will be because I care.
There are millions of people who truly care.
We will use the love of God to help us
And his power to heal your soul.
You must remember always
This is our goal!
I call on you God and your angels
Send peace, light and love
To those victims of this natural disaster.
They need to believe in you again,
So they can travel on their journey
Of discovery of a new and better life.
I open my heart and soul to you,
You amazing survivors of Katrina
We Love you all!
