Oprah has always been an inspiration to me.
I can relate to this quote about truth setting you free.
Once you face your truth and you hear,
That is the moment of lifting your fear!
Speaking your truth makes it real,
Then you are on your way to feel.
To feel your life's energy coming alive
so that your heart can derive;
Peace, joy and contentment
To bring you to a world of non-resentment.
When you live without truth and peace,
Your soul will decrease
That life's energy that you need to survive
in order to feel fully alive!
Author's Notes: Often people cannot face the truth, it hurts too much, it is painful, but in order to be free from this pain and unhappiness, one must face the truth. I go back to my mantra: "Acknowledge, Accept, and let Go!"
Why not tell yourself one truth and see how it will make you feel free!
