Owning Your Happiness

Even after all this time,
I can still feel your pain.
I hear your words,
but I also hear what
you are really saying inside.
You say you are happy,
Are you happy because
you are suppose to be, or
are you truly happy because
you feel it?
I don't feel a happiness
coming from your soul,
I feel a sadness,
a remorse for not being
where you want to be.
I feel your sadness,
I will not own your sadness, however,
because you have the power to
find your happiness again.
You can do it,
It is very simple,
release those sad thoughts,
and fill your soul with happiness.
It is only a breath away,
breath in happiness,
exhale sadness.
Believe in this, and
you will find that happiness again!
Author's Notes: I have felt this so clearly these past few days, I am hoping that you find that happiness that you speak of, it is my wish for you....
