Al and Rosie

Once upon a time there lived a Mr. and Mrs. Crowley
Who had a kid named Al and they tried to raise him holy
But his mom would get mad at all his tricks
And call him the Beast 666.
A friend of Al’s had a sister named Rose
Who really liked men - she had plenty of those
A single girl didn’t fool around in that day
But married women got to act that way
Al said tell you what, I’ll marry your sister
She’ll be my Mrs. and I will be her Mr.
Then I can just stay out of her way
I don’t think I even like girls anyway
They got married and Rosie made plans
To go off to be with some other man
But in the train station before she split
She and Al went upstairs and they hit it
Rosie got pregnant and they went to Cairo
Doing things a pregnant woman shouldn’t really do
Like absinthe, and ether, and whatever else came by
Naturally, they got pretty high
Rosie started spouting some crazy talk
About Horus and Ra and some carved and painted rock
Al asked her questions until he found
Hey, she wasn’t fooling around
They went to the museum to kill the afternoon
It may have been the ether, or maybe the full moon
When among the relics a stele appeared
And there on the top it read 666 – WEIRD.
Later on Al got the Book of the Law
I can’t talk about it but some of it’s pretty raw
But he wrote some other stuff for us along the way
Fast forward to now and here we are today
We got Gnostic Masses, and Star Rubies, and Resh,
And a little sex magick if you want to get fresh,
If you want the whole deal in one little pill,
Love is the Law, do what you will.
With your Scarlet Woman, neath gemmed azure night
Invoke Hadit and Nuit if the mood is right
If your will is strong it can take you far
Every man and every woman is a star
