The Loss
by Sleepless Whisperer
Age Group: Teen
I can't tell you I'm happy
Because that would be a lie.
Sure I smile all the time
But I really want to cry.
I act like it doesn't bother me
when you laugh and call me names.
But it really hurts quite alot
and nobody can keep me sane.
So I will express myself
through writing and with blood.
Because I will bring this knife to my wrist,
and end it like I should.
Now everything is fading
and it's all turning black.
I know you won't be sad to hear this,
but I'm not coming back.
And now as I'm being dragged to Hell,
I can see a everybodys' eyes.
I do not see a mourning face,
for "nobody" has died.
