I was Alone.....

I was alone,
I came wishing
for you,
you showed up
and I lost all
my blues....
I was alone,
sitting in the greens,
you came to me, and
you were quite
serene.
I was alone,
while I watched
the rain dance,
and then came you
and I was entranced.
I was alone
with my thoughts
in hiding,
then you showed
up and we talked and
confided.
I was alone, in the
middle of a dream,
then you sauntered
near, I 'm so glad
you are here!
I was alone, but, not
anymore
You are my love
and we shall
stroll thru life's
door!
