Don't Say I Dare you......

Don't say "I dare you, because
I just might!"
DOn't make me "Go there"
cuz, I 'll be there, tonight!
IF you know what's good
for you, there'll be no
kind of duel.......playin' this
lil' game, ain't made for
no fools!
If you think you can stand up
to me, by all means, go!
I am not afraid, so stand your
ground, I AM gonna show!
Put your hands out, and show
you are strong, cuz', honey, I
aim to strike, and that ain't
no "song"!
Don't call me a nothin'
don't try to belittle me,
I am who I am, do you
see what
I mean?
I can "put up" with some
of your jibes, but, if you
push more, you'll lose
some of your "lives"!
You said "I have nine, !" well,
seems more like eight! I have to
laugh, because you hesitate! You
don't look strong, you're backin'
out.....you can talk the talk, but,
can't shout the shout!
IF you can't be straight, with
your threatening ways, than
I guess I am just
totally dismayed!
I was lookin' forward to a really
good fight, but, I guess that
you couldn't take it,
am I right?...

I just started typing this, and I think that
it really wrote itself out for me!
About standing up for oneself....and being able to "arm" yourself as well!
Interesting how stories and poems seem to
"Write themselves!" LOL!
