If I were a Ghost.....

If I were a ghost.....
I wouldn't be caught scarin' anybody in
bed sheets!
I would much rather, scare "my own" way,
hee hee hee heee heee!
I wouldn't want to scare people,
everyday and everynight, cuz' a
ghost's gotta do, what they
feel is right!
If I were a ghost.....
I would not say "BOO!" Besides,
I have "better" things to say to you!
I would love to hold your
hand, being "icey" is in
"demand"!
I wouldn't slam doors, like most
people think I'd do,
I 'd rather walk around and sing!
Hey!
wouldn't you?
If I were a ghost.....
I 'd like to roam about...
watch the trick-or-treaters, and
hear Them scream and shout!
I love Halloween, like all of the
other ghosts do, it's our favorite
time of year, to bring scary good
cheer!Hey! It's true!
If I were a ghost.....
I would rattle my chains, I would
howl deep , deep moans,
and wave to old Crones!
I would call to the "others"
to come out right now,
so we can have fun, and we
can get "down"!
If I were a ghost....
I much rather be,
Gettin' down on my favorite
night, which is
"All Hallows Eve!"
