Don't Tell your Spirits.......

Don’t tell the your spirits to go,
For they will groan all night,
And shake and rattle with delight,
And cause all of these problems
Way past midnight!
Don’t tell your spirits to
Hush and be still, for they
Certainly won’t as it’s
Against their wills!
They’ll want to dance,
And they’ll want to laugh,
They’ll have their fun,
And that ‘ll be that!
Don’t tell your spirits to
Leave and disperse,
They’ll think you quite
Rude, and will become
Almost terse.
Don’t tell your spirits to
Stop groaning their words,
They’re just very dramatic
And they’ll think you
Absurd!
Don’t tell your
Spirits to walk a
A little lighter, some
Wear big shoes, and some
Run to catch spiders!
Don’t tell your spirits to
Stop clanging about
They like to parti’
When Halloween is
All about!
