Blood and Chocolate

Blood and chocolate on my tounge
the prince's curse
the peasants gift
what is this nightmare?
such a bitter thing
but so sweet in my heart
this gift of pain
punishment of pleasure
this thing that causes my fellow man
to turn from me in fear and mistrust
that makes my family turn their backs
when I need them most.
To change shape,
free myself from the bonds of life,
if only in my mind,
the dark forest paths of imagination
open to me are the secrets which mo man understands,
lessons no human may ever grasp,
this bitter sweet love for the night that haunts my soul to no end,
this gift is my life,
my soul
my love
Blood and clocolate on my tounge
for I am wolfen.
