I 've gotta let go…..

I really thought that I could just relax
And have what I wanted, without a
Clash.
But there is a reason for what might
Not occur, and that is just life, and
How it’s observed..
I figured out, that I can’t play my
games, I can’t fool anyone,
For I am the same….wanting
And yearning and needing some
more…but, there are some
Things that I cannot ignore.
I can’t want extra’s and get
Them by will, I can’t have
Others and add, for my thrills..
I have to just have what I ‘ve
Already been given, take up
My lot, and stop being
Driven…..So,
I ‘ve gotta let go, and
Know the” real” ropes…
This is my life now, and
It’s still filled with
Hopes…
Of hopes and of dreams
And of things unforeseen
And I ‘ve gotta let go, and
Live life as it goes....

I think that marriage is a sacred and special thing between two people..and I have always thought this...but, I also see where others can get into "trouble"..with it as well..and how one person views things, and another doesn't....and what you really do, when you are in a "committed" relationship...that you have committed yourself to be in.
This is a poem, about this ...just thoughts on how I see it...via the "inside story" about the whole thing.
