Arthritis

Age Group: Adult
Arthritis is tight as a
rubber glove with
stiffness n soreness
and not so much width.
I can't move my fingers
from here or to there,
I shake them all out, and
I really DO swear....that
Arthritis is painful, as
painful can be...DO
I want a cure? YOU
bet, yesssiirree!!!
I hate when my hands
like to cramp
with the cold,
I feel the sharpness
and sometimes
feel "old!"
I wallow in agony
and wish it would leave!
Arthritis is terrible
and that's my pet peeve!!
Hot water, hot blankets, and
turn up that heat!
Don't want to deal with
the extreme of defeat!!
It's ugly it's annoying,
it's not what I ordered!
It's just my life and
sometimes it sordid!!
So, I take what I can
and try really well,
to deal with the pain
and the arthritis "spells!"

I have mild lupus and mild fibro' but, because of the winter months where I am at..lately I have been in a bit of agony...VERY painful in my arms and fingers..a little less but still painful in my legs too.
I just wish the pain would go AWAY!!!! Meds don't always help, , , , but, rest can alot!!
I really don't like the pain though!! Sooo UNfun!! If you have either or arthritis...just rest as much as you possibly can! It does help!!!
