Maybe somethin' to think about is how you think of you
Maybe somethin' to remember is what you say or do
Attitude is everything, it can help you make or break
the bad things that come at you, of other's give and take.
When people put you down, and make you really sad
remember that THEY don't know you, so don't you feel bad!
It isn't how you dress, or the way you wear your hair, it isn't how
you move around or talk that shows "you're there!"
What you have within you, is how you THINK inside
what you feel inside your mind, gives you that sense of
Remember, no matter what, always be proud of YOU!
Do not ever forget, that it's your attitude!!

About my poem:
I had been reading about one celebrity that was going to have to "bump" into another who had "stolen" her man! The magazine said that this first woman had to keep looking good by working out, and or thinking that she was just as good as the woman that took her guy away from her.
Even though it's just pure baloney..I started to think in general about how people view themselves...and then I also thought about the fact that I had told off a WIccan forum earlier this year... (while I somewhat regret my actions, I also don't really care!) My attitude is that while I may be rather sensitive to what others percieve of me..I also really don't want to have to deal with all of that "negativity" either!! I am so sick of that!!
But, getting back to attitude....People don't know me, or others all that well, until they get to know you as a good friend...and even then, what or how you think, this is all on the inside of you...NOT the outside!!
SO, my first thought was on this woman that was supposedly hurting on the outside...I think that if you think well of yourself, and just keep thinking positive in general...you can feel great (and just don't let others on to how you "really feel!") (They cannot see how you are inside!)
YOu have to learn how to just be stronger than the norm!!!
I actually admire strong adamant people even if I don't always see eye to eye with a lot of them!!
I think that Acting like you are stronger than another person, just shows that you are NOT that strong... I just don't think about it..or ignore what others are saying about me....as in tossing the bad crap over my shoulders, and walking on!! (It is NOT always easy but, I do this!! Hey!! I am human too!! LOL!) I try to think well of myself..despite what "others" around me might think!
Attitude is showing how you hold yourself, think of yourself, around others...and when you have to "act" it out, sometimes it helps a bit..but, sometimes it can hinder you. Just be who you are...and be darn proud of that person...and I say this not just for all other people's benefits..but, to remind myself at times too!!!
