Diabetes and Me...

Live for the love....of ....life
for the chance that you have
for the times in your life
don't make food
the love in your life.
It is without feeling
It does NOT love back.
You need to reach out
do fun things
don't remind yourself of food
that you could have had.....
that you wish you can have...
that you want.....
that you desire......
Diabetes can not only
harm you
it robs you of living your life......
What you make of it......
What you can do with your life.
While you are HERE in the now!!
Don't let diabetes take you away
from your loves, your life and
living.

I am now dealing with my lies..and my own obsessing over food..and my huge addiction to food..I wrote this to deal with the pain..and I also wrote this to show myself..NOT to stop living..because I feel depressed inside at times..and it gets soo terrible..because all I can think about is stuff I want..and I am NOT supposed to be eating..My mind goes off in huge circles...and keeps coming back to the place that I have to learn how to deal with, and I cannot run from the truth or hide anymore, either!!
I went to the doctors or "doc's" as I call them..and basically I have been sort of lying to everybody...avoiding the truth about my blood glucose levels..and or Bg's.
But, you can't lie to your body cells..your pancreas...and the diabetes! You can never lie!! It will get you in the end..and so, I MUST force myself to get off of my own addictions..and MAN is this hard!!!
I thought that it would be easy..but, it isn't!!
I don't want to stop living though..and I am sort of in a balancing point in my life now..trying to figure all of this ICK out.
Sooo NOT fun!! Not at all!! *depressed right now, but, hoping to improve someway, somehow, someday!!!*
