avoiding the obvious

I know I need to clean,
but every time I look at my cat
I forget to clean and get really mean!
I know your not supposed to be mean to your cat
but me doesn't eat the expensive cat food we buy him, he pukes everywhere, and he is scared of rats!
Mmm... now what did I need to do again?
