James's B'day Torte

About the law why can't we agree on it all
Is it a tradition, a right, or just reconstituted might
The individual sanction that can't infringe on action
makes statute disputant all else inadvertant deaf mutants
Actual Conversation stipulates to provide timely asides
observing of the moment infintessimal joint infinity where proviso warrants
Of the crush we Further with hush and then shut the h up
-dross down stream till the current three is upon us
Then as we civility must trust venture the connoted denotion
who's shift is second only to how we voted
(with our feet to infernal gastronomy never to be confused
with eternal astronomy) that what is right is internal
Thus the inordinate clause of one belonging to all is applied
joining us to enjoin one article a single wall irregular between us all
Any other birthday day would just be steak & kidney fuss no spice
So here's a port toast to make your day a door to Xmas
