Somewhere

Somewhere in the world,
Somewhere in the dark,
Someone calls my name,
Are they an enemy,
Or a friend?
Somewhere in the dark,
There is a light,
The light is a friend,
Calling my name,
The light shows warmth,
But is it just an illusion,
Just to make this place colder?
Where is the warmth?
Where is the light?
How can I get out?
Where is everybody?
Gone.
Gone away somewhere.
Why?
Because they don't care.
Will it be like this forever,
Or just temporarile?
Because right now I need a friend,
To hold me tenderly,
To be nice and gentle to me.
How long will it be this dark?
How long will it be this cold?
I need to get out .
But for now, I will wait for that light to come again.
Now I see that same light again,
But I think that it is not just a person,
But a friend, someone who really cares about me,
Somewhere
Just somewhere.
