Kisses sweet upon the lips
I feel you near of sorrow full
Demons lash scored and deep
As I hold you close so tender
Throughout the midnight hour
Malignant air perverse
Our crystal on your heart is placed
Aura shield of purest light
Protects from storm or curse
For nothing of true love is real
When swayed along excess
Conditions shed a darkness still
Repercussions of the vain and swill
A mothers love, a fathers pride
Brothers that will do or die
Daughter of the ways
Unconditional, strong and true
Vowed in heart, in soul and mind
My hand you took so softly
Tightly held for life
Your eyes they speak the truth
And more
For I am at your side
